Who we are

The data controller is La Vie de Château (SAS), 4 allée du Moulin, Château de Garrevaques, 81700 Garrevaques, France, which operates My French Way of Life. You can reach us at garrevaques@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we receive your first name, last name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, country, type of project, preferred place, approximate date, number of guests and your message. We also receive the information you send us by email or give us by phone.

Why

We use this information only to answer your enquiry and to prepare and follow up on the celebration you have in mind. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for their own use.

Where it goes

Your enquiry is forwarded to our mailbox, which is provided by Google (Gmail), by a server located in France and operated by our web agency, Tailoart, which acts on our behalf and keeps no copy once your message has reached us. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical data needed to deliver this website, such as your IP address.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to prepare your celebration. If no celebration follows, we delete it three years after our last exchange.

Your rights

You may access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, ask us to restrict it or receive a copy of it. Simply write to garrevaques@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
